If a product is damaged; (this includes hair, skin and body care products, electrical items...ie; Flatirons, Blow Dryers, Hot combs, Facial Spas, and any other upcoming items with electrical cords), you must contact Miracle Mink Hair within 24 HOURS of receipt/delivery by calling 912-264-9242 to file a claim. We require proof of purchase and proof of damage. Once your claim has been filed, it will then be processed. Once there has been a determination made on the claim, a Miracle Mink Hair Specialist will contact you directly. If you filed a claim past the 24 HOURS of receipt/delivery, we will not be able to handle your claim. If the item has been altered or tampered with in any way, it will not qualify for an exchange and will be returned to the consumer. We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
If you are missing items from your package, you have 24 hours after receipt of your items to contact our office at 912-264-9242 to speak with a customer service specialist. If you contact our office after this allotted time, we will not be able to assist you.
DO NOT RETURN any items without notification/confirmation. Please notify Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale by phone (912-264-9242) before a return. If an item is returned without notification, the client will be responsible for any and all return shipping fees. Please note, the client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid to Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale. The cost of shipping will not be returned and we will not pay for the return shipping fee.
