REFUND POLICY
Please notify Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale by phone (912-264-9242) or email (MIRACLEMINKHAIRWHOLESALE@GMAIL.COM) before the return. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid to Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale. The cost of shipping will not be returned and we will not pay for the return shipping fee.
We do not offer credits on any of our merchandise.
We reserve the right to not accept a return.
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
All Electrical Items - includes all Flatirons, Blow Dry Brushes, Facial Steam Spa and any upcoming items with electrical cords can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging only for an exchange only. Items must be returned with a written letter of explanation with the order number on included. If the item has been altered in any way, it will not qualify for an exchange and will be returned to the consumer.
Cancellation requests will only be processed if made by the initial authorizing party and if received in writing. There will be no refunds of any monies for any cancellation requests made from the date of order.
Any cancellations done after the submission of payment will not be reimbursed, unless otherwise mutually agreed between Miracle Hair Wholesale and the Client.
